(Google Maps)NEWPORT BEACH, CA — Residents interested in applying to one of the city’s boards or commissions are encouraged to attend a forum on civic engagement Thursday hosted by Newport Beach City Clerk Leilani Brown. The form will be from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at the Newport Beach Civic Center Community Room. Yorba Linda City Councilmember Peggy Huang will also be on hand for the forum, city officials said.
