A convicted robber was charged Tuesday with felony child abuse regarding a girl younger than 5 years old in Costa Mesa.Jovany Armando Encisosolorio was charged with child abuse and endangerment with a sentencing enhancement for causing great bodily injury on a child younger than 5.
