COSTA MESA, CA — Authorities are investigating a taking pictures in a South Coast Plaza car parking zone, the Orange County Register reported.
Costa Mesa law enforcement officials had been referred to as to the northeast car parking zone of the plaza, outdoors of a Nordstrom, at round 8:30 p.m. Thursday night time, Sgt. Mike Manson informed the OC Register.
