Irvine Co. Completes Closing Part of Spectrum Terrace

Irvine Co. is heading into the brand new 12 months with some closure.

The Newport Seashore developer, Orange County’s largest workplace landlord with a neighborhood portfolio totaling practically 27 million sq. ft, has accomplished the ultimate section of Spectrum Terrace, a 1 million-square-foot workplace campus that has attracted a slew of high-profile know-how and different tenants because it kicked off building in 2018.

Simply two buildings—17700 Laguna Canyon Highway and 17800 Laguna Canyon Highway, constructed as a part of the third and last section—stay vacant, leaving the campus at practically 80% occupied.

Sources point out offers are within the works for these two buildings, although full-building offers will not be anticipated.
