(Nicole Charky/Patch)NEWPORT BEACH, CA — High winds between 15 to 50 mph will make for a breezy time in Newport Beach as the National Weather Service issued a wind advisory for parts of Orange County on Thursday. The wind advisory will be in from midnight to 4 p.m. Thursday. It affects inland Orange County, the Inland Empire, San Bernardino County Mountains, Riverside County Mountains, Santa Ana Mountains and Foothills and San Gorgonio Pass Near Banning. Motorists should show caution when driving while the advisory is in effect, especially if operating a high-profile car, the National Weather Service advises.
