In his first PGA Tour Champions title, golfer Ernie Els shot 16 underneath par and clinched the title of 2020 Hoag Basic Champion over the weekend.
The match was held March 6–8 at Newport Seaside Nation Membership.
“Nice to expertise that successful feeling once more,” Els wrote on social media. “I’m glad the primary one’s over with. It will get extra snug after this.”
