NEWPORT BEACH, CA — Newport Seashore officers introduced Monday it promoted two longtime workers who’ve labored for the town for greater than 20 years to management roles.
Melissa Hartson and Sean Levin are the town’s new administrators of Library Companies and Recreation and Seniors Companies, respectively. The 2 started their new roles in mid-Might.
Hartson has labored for the Newport Seashore Public Library for greater than 26 years and began as a library web page, based on metropolis spokesman John Pope. She takes over for Tim Hetherton, who just lately retired.
Metropolis Supervisor Grace Leung stated in an announcement Harton’s “intensive data and expertise” make her a “super asset” for Library Companies.
Levin takes over Newport Seashore’s Recreation and Senior Companies from Laura Detweiler. Pope stated Levin has 25 years of expertise “offering leisure companies for cities,” with 20 years spent with Newport Seashore.
